These six phases establish a practical framework for evaluating, planning, building, and completing a major
residential construction project in Pinellas County.
01
Project Inquiry and Initial Fit
Share the project address, project type, intended scope, desired timing, and preliminary budget. This first review
helps determine whether the project aligns with the construction services provided by LRG General Contracting Services, Inc.
02
Consultation and Property Review
We discuss your goals, priorities, property conditions, current plans, and known challenges. When appropriate,
the next step may include a site visit or a request for additional documents and photographs.
03
Feasibility, Design, and Engineering
The project is evaluated against the property, applicable codes, structural requirements, and permitting needs.
Architects, engineers, surveyors, or other licensed professionals may be coordinated when the scope requires them.
04
Scope, Proposal, and Preconstruction
Plans, selections, allowances, exclusions, responsibilities, and construction requirements are organized into a
defined scope. Proposal review and preconstruction planning establish expectations before fieldwork begins.
05
Construction and Project Coordination
Work proceeds through the required construction sequence. LRG General Contracting Services, Inc. coordinates
trades, material needs, scheduling, inspections, site conditions, and project communication throughout the build.
06
Walkthrough, Completion, and Closeout
Near completion, the work is reviewed and remaining closeout items are identified. Final documentation,
applicable inspections, and agreed completion items are addressed before the project is formally closed.
