Sheely — 1,348 sq ft Room Addition
Scope: A 1,348 square foot lateral room addition delivering new flexible living space tied into existing structure. Work included foundation tie-in, selective demolition, coordinated structural framing, roof and flashing integration, new fenestration, and complete interior finish-up to align with the client’s material and finish choices.
- Key work: foundation tie-in and reinforcement, structural framing and roof integration, window and exterior door installations, complete interior finishes including trim, cabinetry, and flooring.
