change orders and additional structural scope uncovered during work. LRG ensured every change was evaluated for cost and schedule

foundation tie-in, selective demolition, coordinated structural framing, roof and flashing integration, new fenestration, and complete
interior finish-up to align with the client’s material and finish choices.
Outcome & notes: The project reflects a single, transparent contract of $381,935.58. LRG prioritized careful sequencing for
foundation and roof connections to avoid differential movement and to preserve the existing building envelope during work. The team
coordinated closely with the owner on finish selections so upgrades and value-focused choices were tracked and documented throughout.
